Chippewa Falls Office Building
Chippewa Falls, Wis.
This Chippewa Falls facility is a two-story office building located at the gateway to downtown Chippewa Falls. SEH Design|Build performed all work on this project as Design-Build Construction Management (CM) At Risk, with responsibility for design, schedule, budget, safety and compliance directly with the owner. The project involved over 20 suppliers and subcontractors. It was completed in spring 2014.
Sand Plant
State Highway 10, Wis.
SEH Design|Build performed all work in this $26 million contract as Design-Build CM At Risk. The project scope involved construction of a new sand processing facility and was completed in spring 2013. SEH Design|Build provided design, schedule, budget, safety, compliance and performance of the facility directly with the owner.
Food Processing Wastewater Treatment Facilities
Sheboygan Falls, Wis.
SEH Design|Build designed and built multiple projects for this client under a Design-Build CM At Risk contract. The projects included every phase of development, from wastewater master planning to environmental permitting and construction. Facilities include chemical treatment buildings and piping, as well as force main between two existing facilities. SEH Design|Build was responsible for design, schedule, budget, safety, compliance and performance of the facility directly with the owner. Purchase orders were issued directly by SEH Design|Build for all major equipment. Phase 1 was completed in January 2014. Phase 2 was completed in November 2014.
