(MINNEAPOLIS)—SEH Design|Build, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Minneapolis-based consulting firm Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc. (SEH®), today announced that the City of Oconomowoc (Wisconsin) Water Utility has selected the firm to provide a long-term maintenance and repair services program for the City’s four water tanks.
The 10-year Maintenance Care Program (MCP) for Oconomowoc is a comprehensive maintenance package that provides an on-going commitment to the care of the City’s municipal water tanks. The MCP includes:

Regular and routine maintenance
Tank inspection and repairs
Emergency repair services
Interior and exterior coating maintenance
Cleaning and disinfecting
5-year Wisconsin DNR-mandated inspection and documentation
