SEH Design|Build, Inc. Announces New Water Tank Maintenance Care Program

(MINNEAPOLIS)—SEH Design|Build, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Minneapolis-based consulting firm Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc. (SEH®), today announced its new long-term maintenance and repair services program for water tanks.

The Maintenance Care Program (MCP) is a comprehensive maintenance package that provides an on-going commitment to the care of municipal water tanks. This package includes:

Regular and routine maintenance
Tank inspection and repairs
Emergency repair services
Interior and exterior coating maintenance
Cleaning and disinfecting

This program also provides manageable long-term payment strategies to help tank owners better manage their budgets and avoid unexpected and unbudgeted maintenance and repair costs. Additional benefits of the program include:

A revision in the 2002 Minnesota legislation now allows municipalities to directly choose a provider for long-term maintenance and repair agreements for water storage facilities.
